A Year 3/4 Health assessment task on inclusion, stereotypes and the choices we make. Students read two relatable, age-appropriate scenarios and respond in whatever mode suits them — writing, drawing, ticking or circling — before finishing with a big-thinking question and a self-reflection section.
The mixed response formats matter: every student can show their understanding regardless of writing confidence, which makes this a genuinely inclusive assessment about inclusion. Across the 7 pages, students describe how stereotypes shape identity and belonging, explain how they influence people's choices and feelings, and practise expressing respect and empathy — mapped to AC9HP4P05 and AC9HP4P03.
