Superhero Training Academy
Category: Games & Activities · 2-page printable PDF · Ages F-2, 3-4 · Free for ConnectedPE members
A superhero-themed activity card with 16 movement challenges across four attribute streams — speed, strength, balance and agility. Students work through the academy, log completions in their hero training tracker, self-reflect on performance, and progress through Hero-in-Training, Super Hero and Legendary Hero achievement tiers.
The tier structure keeps motivation ahead of fatigue: every student has a next rank to chase regardless of starting point, and the tracker makes progress visible. The closing challenge flips students into creators — designing their own hero move — which consolidates the movement vocabulary the 16 challenges built.
Two pages for F–4, minimal equipment. Run it as a multi-week challenge (a few missions per lesson), a stations rotation, or an early-finisher bank. It also sends a quietly useful message home: training like a hero is just consistent practice across speed, strength, balance and agility.
