Safari Circuit
Category: Games & Activities · 2-page printable PDF · Ages F-2, 3-4 · Free for ConnectedPE members
A zero-equipment station circuit with six animal-themed movement stations for Foundation–Year 4: giraffe stretch, croc crawl, frog jump, lion prowl, eagle wings and elephant stomp. Every station carries three self-select levels — Start, Challenge and Go Wild — so students dial their own difficulty in real time.
The animal imagery coaches technique implicitly (crocodiles stay low, giraffes reach tall, frogs land soft) while the circuit structure delivers locomotion, stability, balance and body control in a rotation that runs itself. Self-direction is the design goal: students manage their own challenge level, which frees you to coach individuals instead of directing traffic. Mapped to AC9HPEF02, AC9HPEY202 and AC9HPEY402.
Two pages, print-and-go, no equipment. Interchange it with Jungle Explorer Circuit to keep themed rotations fresh across a term, or run both as a double-length FMS adventure day.
