Jump It Passport — Skip-Rope BINGO

Category: Games & Activities · 2-page printable PDF · Ages 5-6, 7-8 · Free for ConnectedPE members

A 4×4 skip-rope BINGO passport with 16 jumps across four skill levels — Basics, Rhythm, Tricks and Pro Moves. Students master each jump to tick its box, chasing a row, column, diagonal or full blackout, logging personal bests on 30-second and 1-minute timed jumps along the way — and finishing by inventing a jump of their own.

BINGO reframes practice: instead of "keep skipping," students hunt specific skills in whatever order suits them, which keeps motivation high across wildly different ability levels in the same class. The personal-best logging adds a fitness-tracking layer mapped to AC9HPE4M01 and AC9HPE6M01 for Years 5–8.

Pairs with the Jump It web and iOS app at jumpit.connectedpe.com for digital tracking, or run it entirely on paper. Two pages, one rope per student. Works as a multi-week challenge, a stations rotation, or a term-long passport students carry between lessons.

What students learn

Students master 16 progressively challenging skip-rope skills across 4 categories, track personal bests across 30-second and 1-minute timed jumps, and apply rhythm, coordination and technique cues to land clean repetitions.
