A two-page striking and fielding skills card for ages 5–9. Page one teaches the four foundation skills — batting stance, underarm bowl, ground ball pickup and two-hand catch — each with coaching cues and difficulty ratings so students know what good looks like and where to start.
Page two turns practice into an adventure scorecard: face-based self-assessment, a strike zone challenge table, a draw-your-stance box, a best-moment reflection and medal-tier scoring. The drawing and reflection tasks slow young learners down just enough to notice their own technique — which is the beginning of self-coaching.
Print one per student for a striking unit: page one lives at practice stations, page two accumulates evidence across lessons. A natural early-years entry point before formal cricket, tee-ball or softball units, with cues that transfer straight into any bat-and-ball game.
