The why, what and how of a movement focussed Physical Education curriculum. A session for teachers that want to go deeper and make connections across their curriculum rather than adding breadth with more and more isolated physical activities. This will be an overview of how the contexts in which we present Physical Education can be viewed through the lens of movement along with practical progressions for developing strength, mobility and awareness of spine, shoulder, hip and knee function which are the most common sites for injury in all populations.
