There really is no tool in this space that has completely nailed in in my honest opinion. I think the reason is that its such a personal process, with many schools/districts etc running very different systems and approaches to this world.
At Boort DS we moved during the last few years to cloud based tools for collaborative planning which was great, however it required a custom built template which we spent ages on. This template was very much tied to us and our expectations.
There are a number of apps for iOS which have some great features but nothing that scales beyond an individual

I’m a high school HPE teacher currently based in Canberra, Australia.
Listened to the PEGeek podcasts for a while and decided to take the plunge into twitter and ConnectedPE. Which has been amazing as I struggle with a pretty stagnant and complacent staffroom right now.
I’m motivated to keep learning and updating my practices, currently my project is flipping my health classroom.
Can’t wait to dive into some webinars and especially excited for the conference.
Thanks for listening to the podcast
We also have the ConnectedPE podcast available these days too, which you might like. If you have not done so yet, you might enjoy starting with a Challenge at https://www.connectedpe.com/challenge

I should be able to complete this because I don’t get nearly 200 emails a day like you but here is a picture of my inbox right now :S, and I’m not declaring email bankruptcy.
Good work; Once you declare, its important to setup a system.
You can checkout my system inside the challenge thread, or my 168 Hours webinar

After that, pick a challenge http://www.thepegeek.com/challenge
