In this presentation, we will focus on you. Who you are at your best. During this pandemic it has been easy to forget about taking care of our own wellbeing. Come join me for some uninterrupted time to focus on YOU. We will explore possible wellness interventions that you could apply in your daily life right now to increase your happiness, future success, and become the best version of yourself. These tips will be quick, easy, and they won’t take a lot of activation energy to get them working for you. I will share with you a bunch of resources that you can use for yourself, your families, students, colleagues, or friends. For this presentation you will need some old fashion paper and writing utensils, colored markers and a pencil are preferred 😉
