Big Talks for Little People

In this 1-hour session Phillip & Shane take you through this evidence-based child mental health program, built on the idea that 'you are never too young to talk about mental health.'
The session is intended for primary/elementary school teachers, health and PE teachers, educators in out-of-school centres, and sports coaches.
- Examples of the unique social-emotional learning animations give you opportunities to open up conversations with young people about their mental health and wellbeing. - Practical ideas are explored for using the program(s) in your teaching/coaching. - Issues facing young people - including bullying, anxiety, depression and resilience - are examined, highlighting how the 'Big Talks for Little People' program(s) address them.
Outcomes: - Building on and reinforcing your skills to address mental health issues with young people - Identifying how you can adapt the program(s) to suit your particular organisation's needs - FREE: a lucky participant will receive free access for their organisation to the program of their choice
