- Groups are divides in half and are placed on either side of the pool.
- The aim is for players to push the ball across the pool using only their heads, while performing a flutter kick.
- Their arms must remain by their sides, or on either side of the ball
- The first team to successful have all team members move the ball across the pool are the winners
